How long does the fire last before resetting?

The fireplace functions continuously. Stops only when you turn it off.

Will the insert units fit into a conventional fireplace or do I have to build a new firebox?

Yes, they can normally fit into a conventional fireplace cavity. New is OK too!

The monitors are not normally visible to the untrained observer. If you do not tell them, they will probably never know.

If I have my own high resolution monitor, could I use it instead of purchasing one from Virtual Products.

We prefer that you purchase your own high resolution monitor from a local electronics dealer to optimize service and warranty satisfaction. You can use your own monitor providing it has proper Input jacks.

Prior to accepting an order, we must receive information to qualify the quality of your monitor. We reserve the right to provide digital fireplace processing systems only to persons or companies who meet specification standards. This is done to ensure the highest standards, and to ensure that the fires are realistic.

What about warranty and service?

Products are warranted for 24 months. Return and replacement can normally be completed within 72 hours.

Reliability?

Continuous running and strenuous testing under adverse conditions has not uncovered any weaknesses.

Where can they be seen?

We market only through Internet and through clients who show the fireplaces to their friends. Marketing through traditional channels would cause a fourfold markup requirement. This would place the units out of reach for many Americans. Instead, we reward clients for referrals which lead to sales.

Turnaround time. Order to shipment time?

Allow ten days to two weeks for delivery. Shipments are processed upon receipt of funds from the client.

Does the Virtual fireplace throw heat?

An electrical kick plate option can be provided. Most homes today discover that stand alone gas fireplaces and electrical heaters are too disruptive to the overall heating system in their home. The Virtual Fireplace does not disrupt the thermostats or the heating system in a house.

Digital fireplaces are in a league all of their own. It doesn't get any better then this. Digital Fireplaces are the closest thing you will see to a real wood burning fireplace. We build a better fire!
